Michelle Williams’ dream of becoming an actress started after watching local productions of various musicals like The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Annie, which she later became a part of. Her parents supported her interest in acting and put their own investments into moving to San Diego, where she can go on auditions. Her role in Dawson’s Creek made her a household name, and it was her earnings here that helped her choose her roles wisely.

Williams dated her Brokeback Mountain co-star, Heath Ledger, and had a daughter with him named Matilda. After Heath’s passing, Michelle kept the life of her daughter private. One thing is sure, though; young Matilda has the same bearing as her father and his energy, which his family and her mom already remarked on. Williams has given birth to a new baby recently with her fiancé Thomas Kail.
