Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush started dating the same year One Tree Hill was released. They were married two years later after getting engaged while on vacation in Australia. They tied the knot at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, California in the following year. Murray and Bush became one of young Hollywood’s hottest couples.

After five months of marriage, their relationship suddenly crumbled and the actress filed for annulment with the help of her lawyer. After their split, the couple is currently not on good terms. However, they put their differences aside and continued to work together until One Tree Hill aired its final season in 2012. Bush discussed their short-lived marriage on Watch What Happens: Live, stating that they were both young and foolish at the time. She also dated another One Tree Hill co-star, James Lafferty, from 2008 to 2009.
