Tyra Banks is a television host, model, businesswoman, producer, actress, and journalist who is best known for her work on America’s Next Top Model. She and fellow model Heidi Klum have a lot more in common than just modeling. Aside from walking the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show together and posing together in numerous advertisements, they also share an ex: the singer Seal. Klum was married to Seal for over a decade, while Banks dated him for a few years.

Seal and Banks dated briefly in 1996 after she caught the singer’s eye. They somehow managed to keep their relationship private despite being influential figures in their fields. They only attended the Essence Awards as a couple once. The relationship only lasted a few months, ending in October 1996. After their split, Banks has had television appearances as well as several lifestyle investments.
