Did you know that Matthew Perry and Julia Roberts went on a couple of dates back in the 1990s? Yup, these two had a thing before after they worked together in an episode of Friends. Julie played the credit role of Chandler’s love interest, Susie Moss, at the time. It looked like she really did catch the actor’s interest since their fictional romance turned into something real.

Their love, however, was only brief. They only dated for a year, with Roberts being Perry’s first-ever public relationship. Though it was only a short-lived love affair, fans would never forget these two made their feelings from reel to real. A fan page even shared a series of their snaps when they were young. In the photos, the couple was walking the streets of Los Angeles. It seemed like they snuck out to meet as Roberts was barefoot in the photo, while Perry was wearing socks.
