Much has been said about Bill Gates, but one thing that stood out is that the man has vision and has lived a rather simple lifestyle. He has even been spotted queuing for a hotdog at a stand. However, with current marital issues, we might not see much of Gates out and about as he would have to constantly meet with lawyers. The tech magnate has not signed a prenuptial agreement before, thinking that the marriage would last forever.

One of the points of contention would be who would own the Xanadu 2.0 home. It has all the perks of a technological visionary, so some say it should go to Gates. There is also an insane collection of art in the house, along with seven bedrooms and six kitchens. Who needs six of them? Well, in case things are not settled, this could be up in the market for at least $145 million.
