Paul McCartney | $15.5 Million | New York

Besides Rolling Stone’s Mick Jagger, another musician who has garnered a skyrocketing degree of praise and regard through the years would be the Beatles’ bassist and co-vocalist, Paul McCartney. Skilled in a variety of instruments, notably the bass, guitar, the keyboard, and drums, McCartney is also the mastermind behind a couple of the band’s songs, with Yesterday, Blackbird, and Eleanor Rigby being among the most-covered records to this day.

Along with creating many of the industry’s timeless hits, Paul has also bought himself a couple of nice properties through the years. This includes his penthouse in New York, which he reportedly purchased for $15.5 million. Besides providing residents with a view of Central Park, the apartment also has a couple of amenities worth noting, like a library and a room on its third floor, which could double as a quiet study.
