Donna Karan is a well-known and successful American fashion designer who is best known as the creator of the DKNY clothing labels and Donna Karan New York. The fashion mogul owns a massive property located in Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Interestingly, Karan recently listed a portion of her longtime family island retreat for a cool price of $39 million.

Karan purchased the 10-acre beachfront property back in 2002, and she’s willing to sell over seven acres of it for the price listed above. Without a doubt, the property for sale is an excellent investment as it features two guest villas that are flanking a center dining pavilion. It also comes with three swimming pools, a chef’s kitchen, staff quarters, and a yoga pavilion on the beach. The only portion that Ms. Karan will be keeping is the family home, the spa house, and a couple of swimming pools.
