Ryan Murphy is a well-known American television writer, producer, and director. He’s best known for producing and creating several television productions, including Glee, American Horror Story, Popular, Ratched, and many more. Interestingly, Murphy is also known for acquiring various properties, and one of his most notable acquisitions was his luxurious Beverly Hills home. He reportedly bought this beautiful home from actress Diane Keaton for $10 million.

The property is undoubtedly lavish, and it stretches over 8,500 square feet. It comes with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus two powder rooms. Murphy recently sold the home, but it certainly took him a while. He was looking for a decent return on his investment with an asking price of $18 million, but he sold it for almost $2 million less at $16.25 million. Nonetheless, he still made millions from the sale.
