Nicholas Cage | $10.95 Million | San Francisco
His film roles may vary from one genre to another, but you can always rely on Nicolas Cage giving it his 200%. The nephew of famed film director Francis Ford Coppola, Cage’s first acting gig was for his school’s production of Golden Boy. Since then, he has garnered a skyrocketing degree of fame for his work on films, such as Vampire’s Kiss, The Rock, Con Air, and Color Out of Space.
For a time, the Ghost Rider star called this gothic San Francisco house his home, which he bought around for $9.4 million back in 2007 and sold it a year later for a lower price of $7.7 million. With that said, this beauty founds its way back to the market recently for an elevated value of $10.95 million. Originally built in 1914, the house features amenities, such as a powder room, a two-door garage, and a grand library.
